Sales Representative

One of our clients that offers a unique and wide selection of premium wines, spirits, and accessories is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

The chosen candidate will be providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer, to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability of the company in line with its strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To secure orders by maintaining contact and a good relationship with all customers.
  • To establish contact with new customers and secure orders.
  • To provide feedback on customer’s requirements.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction by conducting regular follow-up calls and courtesy visits.
  • To assist in the preparation of purchasing requirements.
  • To provide price quotes to new and existing customers and liaise with the distribution team to ensure a smooth delivery of orders.
  • To participate and contribute to regular strategic sales and marketing meetings.
  • To conduct all business transactions in a manner that coincides with the high ethical standards that the company maintains.
  • To report on activities undertaken.

Requirements:

  • Clean police conduct.
  • Driving License.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in a similar role

Competencies:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Maltese.
  • Positive mentality with a ‘Can do’ attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and develop mindset and skills.
