Responsibilities

• Conducting internal and external patrols of the property
• Following site-specific procedures
• Thoroughly reports on guest, client or employee injuries, thefts, assaults, lost property, vandalism, and other complaints to the CSO
• Handles any emergency that would require the partial or complete evacuation of the hotel such as fire, severe injuries, power failure, or bomb threats
• Maintaining the highest standards of security
• Enforce and monitor safety measures and security protocols
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of prior experience or policing experience
• Ability to act quickly, calmly, and appropriately in emergency situations
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Strong customer service skills and have positive can do attitude
• Hold a Security Private Guard license
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Active listening skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
• Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Must be able to provide, police conduct
