One of our clients, a pioneer IT Company in Malta, is looking for a dynamic Service Technician to join their ever-expanding Service Centre. The main goal will be to enrich the customer’s experience through a combination of training, passion for technology and own personal touch.
The position calls for a team player who is energetic and attentive to detail with a flair for customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with all constituents and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
This is an entry level position with the possibility for a flexible schedule. Training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Apple products
- Provide customer support
- Carry out administrative duties related to repairs
Required Skills:
- Fluency in both Maltese and English is a must
- Previous training or experience in a technical field will be considered an asset
