Shop Manager

Our client is seeking for a Shop Manager reporting directly to the Area Manager, this position requires an individual who would like to work in a dynamic customer service environment with a leading retail sports betting company with outlets across Malta and Gozo.

 

The candidate will be mainly responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of an sports betting outlet
  • Being responsible for the opening and closing of the shop
  • Being the first point of contact with our customers and making sure they have the best experience in our shops
  • Handling queries and ensuring that any technical issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the shop is kept clean and tidy at all times

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication skills in Maltese and English
  • Have experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail – and good general IT skills
  • Have the ability to deal effectively and professionally with difficult customers
  • Have a passion for sports and gaming products
  • Be available to work weekends and public holidays
  • Be discrete and confidential
  • Be flexible and self-motivated
