What is personal data?

Your personal data may only be processed by us with your given consent, when it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or when it is necessary for our compliance with a legal obligation. We will process information regarding your business interactions with us, your account and transactions, including quotations requested, requests for information, orders made, services purchased and payments effected. This information shall be processed for the purposes of
i. supplying the services in question and for keeping proper account and records of the said transactions, and reasons ancillary thereto;
ii. entering into and the execution of a contract between you and us;
iii. for the proper administration of our business and our website where applicable;
iv. for internal assessment and analysis, including but not limited to, product analysis, risk management and to protect any of our legitimate interest or the public interest;
v. for direct marketing and for research purposes;
vi. to safeguard our legal rights, including but not limited to, for protecting and enforcing our interests, recovering any amounts owed to us by you or your co-debtors.

We also reserve the right to employ CCTV systems on our premises and use other means in order to record images to prevent and detect crime, including, but not limited to, the recording and preservation of screenshots and similar records. We also reserve the right to carry out any checks before entering into any agreement and at any time thereafter, which include searches to confirm your identity.

The Personal Data shall be processed in any lawful manner, both electronically as well as manually, when such processing is necessary for the performance and / or execution of any contract entered into between you and us, when such processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are or may become subject, and when such processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us.

Such Personal Data shall only be disclosed or shared if one of the following applies:

- For external processing, on a ‘need to know’ basis to/with other entities and/or sub-contractors and/or other persons if pertinent to performance and/or enforcement of any contract between you and us (such as in the case where it is necessary for us to outsource certain functions in order to be able to execute any contract entered into between you and us),

We also reserve the right to share data publicly as long as this is not personally identifiable. Financial transactions related to online and/or electronic payments shall be handled by our services providers, and information will be shared with such service providers to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing such payments, effecting any refunds that may be due, and in dealing with any complaints and or queries related to such payments and refunds.

Email address
We may collect and process your email address in order to send purchase confirmations and invoices / quotes to you as a client, send you and for future offers from time to time. All such processing is based on your consent and the data will be kept for six years after the end of our business relationship or until you withdraw your consent. Your email address will be shared with our cleaners and contractors.

Professional details
When the company that you represent has ordered our services, your professional and/or employment details may be processed by us. The personal data is in such case processed based on your consent and will be kept for six years or until you withdraw your consent. These data will be shared with our cleaners and cleaning contractors.

Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of data that may be stored on your computer or mobile device, used to allow the website to “remember” you and your preferences over time. Right to be forgotten
You have the right to request that we delete any personal data that we process about you. We will delete the data as soon as possible, but at least within one month’s time. If the personal data is needed for fulfillment of our contractual duties towards you or to preserve it with legal ground, we will however not delete the information until the data is no longer needed. We will also, without your explicit demand, delete such personal data that we have collected but do not longer have a lawful right to process. We will inform you about this, if it would occur.

Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your given consent at any time. If you do so, we will erase such personal data which is not subject to any other legal ground than your given consent. The erasure will be done as soon as possible. Please note that your withdrawal of consent does not oblige us to erase personal data which is processed based on a contractual relationship or any other legal ground.

You have, at any time, the right to receive confirmation from us as to whether personal data concerning you are being processed. You have also the right to access that personal data and to receive the following information:

Right to rectification

Right to restriction of processing
You have, instead of demanding us to delete any data, the right to demand us to restrict our processing of your personal data. This may be achieved if
a) You have reason to believe that the accuracy of the personal data is not correct, and the restriction shall be in place during a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the personal data
b) The processing is unlawful but you don’t want us to delete the personal data
c) We no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims
d) You have objected to processing concerning profiling or automated decision-making, whereby a restriction shall be obtained during the period when we assess whether our legitimate ground for the processing override your legitimate ground.

You have the right to retrieve the personal data which we process about you and that you have provided to us. You have also the right to demand that we transmit such personal data to another data controller if the personal data is collected based on your consent or if the processing of the personal data is carried out by automated means by us, if we deem it technically feasible.
