Our Story

Our associate companies Sabor Entertainment (operating a number of clubs in Paceville, Malta) and Love It Ltd ( trading internationally in foodstuffs) are all well established. M Recruitment until recently supplied staff exclusively for catering establishments like hotels , bars and restaurants, in a sector we were comfortably familiar with . A correspondent company we work with specializes in supplying staff for major hospitals. We decided to widen our horizons to offer these recruitment services to a wider base of clients and economic operators in diverse sectors of employment. We currently supply nurses, carers, and doctors to hospitals in Malta and the United Kingdom. We were originally sourcing most of our workforce from within the EU.

M Recruitment’s corporate philosophy is to find the right job for the right candidates at the best conditions on the market.

We are now offering consultancy services for the leisure industry related to the management of bars, nightclubs and discos, as well other catering venues. Consultancy services include management consultancy on logistics, marketing, human resources, set-ups and operations. We also offer catering outlets consultancy on kitchen planning, menu make-up, costings, human resources, interior design, and all the logistics planning.
