Gate Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join the team at one of the best 5-star hotels in Malta. As a Gate Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Monitor access to the facility according to membership plans
Sell day passes and other access options to guests
Assist guests with towel service and any other needs they may have
Perform cashiering duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts
Conduct end-of-day reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial transactions
Maintain a clean and organised workstation

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience
Polite and customer-focused demeanour
Proficient in spoken English
Basic computer literacy skills, including the use of laptops, Micros and EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems
Basic math skills for cash handling and reconciliation
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under minimal supervision

CANDIDATES MUST BE IN MALTA
