Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients as part of the firm’s client service team, contributing to various legal and advisory work streams.
• Devise, implement, and contribute to innovative solutions addressing client challenges.
• Conduct thorough and timely legal research across a range of corporate, commercial, and financial legal matters.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, written deliverables, and client reports.
• Stay up to date with legislative changes, particularly in corporate and commercial law and compliance obligations.
• Support the firm’s professional events, marketing content, and business development initiatives.
• Attend relevant internal and external events to enhance knowledge and represent the firm.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, especially under pressure.
• A proactive, professional approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative team player with the commitment and drive to succeed in the legal profession.
• Education & Experience:
• A University Degree in Law is essential.
• Previous local experience in corporate, commercial, or financial services law will be considered a strong asset.
