Mixologist

The Mixologist oversees the outlet’s bar operations and the work of other bartenders to ensure a positive customer experience. They ensure the smooth running of the bar and are skilled in serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurants and bars. They may serve beer and wine, make classic drinks, or create new recipes for cocktails

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests by established recipes and standards.
• Create innovative and enticing cocktail recipes while also mastering classic cocktails.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including stocking and replenishing bar supplies as needed.
• Engage with guests to provide recommendations and suggestions, enhancing their overall experience.
• Collaborate with the bar team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during busy periods.
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Continuously strive to improve beverage knowledge and cocktail-making skills.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
