Responsibilities:
- Organise all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
- Inspect store areas and resolve any issues that might arise.
- Demonstrate confidence in selling beauty products.
- Handle cash transactions.
- Work on specific shop administration tasks.
- Be a team player and maximise team performance.
- Delegate the right jobs to the correct people on your team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in supervisory or management roles in the retail sector.
- Solid knowledge of beauty products and sales skills.
- The flexibility to work different shifts including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent knowledge of the English language is a must;
- Experience of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
- Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused manner, prioritising the customer experience at all times;
- Excellent communication skills so you can provide your colleagues with feedback to help develop themselves and the store.
