Responsibilities:

  • Organise all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
  • Inspect store areas and resolve any issues that might arise.
  • Demonstrate confidence in selling beauty products.
  • Handle cash transactions.
  • Work on specific shop administration tasks.
  • Be a team player and maximise team performance.
  • Delegate the right jobs to the correct people on your team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supervisory or management roles in the retail sector.
  • Solid knowledge of beauty products and sales skills.
  • The flexibility to work different shifts including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language is a must; 
  • Experience of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; 
  • Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-focused manner, prioritising the customer experience at all times; 
  • Excellent communication skills so you can provide your colleagues with feedback to help develop themselves and the store.
