Concrete Plant Operator

One of our clients is currently seeking a Concrete Plant Operator to oversee concrete batching, mixing, and equipment maintenance. Ensure safety compliance, maintain records, and collaborate with teams for efficient production and delivery.

Responsibilities:

Operate concrete batching and mixing equipment following standards
Prints out delivery tickets on each truck/load and file
Keeping accurate inventory and company records
Monitor machinery, adjust as needed, and conduct routine maintenance
Adhere to safety protocols and coordinate concrete deliveries
Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist in training
Maintain a clean work area and seek process improvements

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
Secondary school diploma or equivalent. Technical training is a plus
Knowledge of concrete production, equipment operation, and maintenance
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Basic computer proficiency
Requires experience to recognize various products by sight and to understand proper plant operation
Spoken English
