Head Chef (Applicants MUST be in Malta)
Our client, a casual bistro situated within a resort on the Northern part of the island, is looking for an experienced ‘Executive Chef’, to join their culinary team.
What our client is looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience as an Executive / Head Chef in Malta
- MUST have hands-on experience
- Experience in managing a large kitchen and setting up menus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage a team
- Good knowledge of HACCP
- Able to manage costs
- Someone who can be flexible when it comes to working hours
- A creative individual
- Fluent English is important (an additional EU language will be considered an asset)
