Pool Host

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates to join the team at one of the best 5-star hotels in Malta. As a Pool Host, you will be responsible for enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service and personalised attention.

Responsibilities:

Interact with hotel guests visiting the Bayview and Pool areas.
Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued and attended to.
Host guests by providing information about pool amenities, activities, and services.
Maintain a visible presence around the pool areas to assist guests as needed.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Always uphold the highest standards of hospitality and guest service.

Requirements:

Polite and personable demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
Fluent in spoken English with the ability to effectively communicate with guests.
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment and standing for extended periods.
