We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join the team at one of the best 5-star hotels in Malta. As a Gate Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor access to the facility according to membership plans
- Sell day passes and other access options to guests
- Assist guests with towel service and any other needs they may have
- Perform cashiering duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Conduct end-of-day reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Polite and customer-focused demeanour
- Proficient in spoken English
- Basic computer literacy skills, including the use of laptops, Micros and EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems
- Basic math skills for cash handling and reconciliation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under minimal supervision
