CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST (Candidates in Malta)

·        Maintain visitor logs and uphold security protocols.

·        Handle travel arrangements and prepare necessary documentation.

·        Assist with mail processing and record keeping.

·        Provide general administrative support to various departments.

·        Keep the reception area tidy and well-stocked with supplies.

Requirements:

·        High school diploma or suitable equivalent.

·        strong digital and communication skills

·        Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.

·        Ability to follow instructions and adapt to various tasks.

·        Proficient in basic office tasks such as data entry and filing.

·        Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
