Senior Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative who is fluent in Maltese to join our client’s company in the retail furniture sector, specializing in tiles and bathroom brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting clients in fulfilling their needs and preferences. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing strong relationships with contractors, builders, and designers to ensure smooth collaboration and foster business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect bathroom fixtures and tiles to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Contractor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and designers to facilitate seamless collaboration and drive business growth.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the products and services offered.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding results, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the bathroom industry to provide informed recommendations to customers and contractors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on customer and contractor relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience in a retail or similar setting
  • Knowledge of bathroom fixtures, materials, and trends.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • The results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in Maltese & English
